The circumstantial evidence is pretty good but there is no absolute evidence but the girlfriend seeing her near the car is pretty good, buying bleach, lying to police, not looking for her when he first noted she was missing - thats pretty damming.

No evidence of anyone's DNA including the victim's herself after 9 months in the open that is to be expected. No DNA in car at all speaks of a professional clean up to me. There would be at least some of his DNA but there was nothing. So that is suspicious in it's own way.

In HD interrogation with police...remember he did not have the impala outside in the parking lot of the police station while he was being questioned by the police...they ask him where the car was and he said it's around ...I believe he had someone cleaned the inside of the car while he was at the police station

Enough Circumstantial evidence is weighted just the same as direct evidence. Many criminals have been convicted on Circumstancial evidence alone and this prosecutor has done her homework. The devil is in the details.

We also learned that the cameraman sucks, like usually. Why can’t we see videos or photos of things we have already seen, to get a better perspective. Suddenly we have to be spared and are forced to see the defendants buttugly face instead, really. Huge mistake.
