Amber Heard's legal team continues to make their case with more witnesses taking the stand in support of Amber.
After a U.S. judge ruled to continue Johnny Depp's libel suit against ex-wife Amber Heard, Heard's legal team continues to present their case with witnesses taking the stand to corroborate Amber's testimony. Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over a 2018 opt-ed she wrote in The Washington Post describing herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse" and Johnny claims her article defamed him and cost him Pirates 6. Heard is countersuing Depp for $100 million.

@@niabagchi7502 bad comparison. He could review peers assessments, or objective legitimate reports of any sources, but based on AH accusations, which have not been established as being true, because it's the whole point of this trial, this doesnt appear to be legitimate. Talking about narcissists, he was carefully avoiding mentioning the aspects that do not fit with JD's personality such as reported by... Everybody else. He's basically twisting and picking elements to help him reach the conclusion he wants. This is far from objective and comprehensive and is just unethical. If he was blacking out and not able to control himself due to drugs and alcohol how was he able to control his violence around other people? Given he has been a substance user in ALL his previous intimate relationships, how come he never touched any of them? The common denominator here is Amber. Period. Is he a saint? Hell no. This is one demonstration of how this psychiatrist, shaming his profession, is a highly manipulative and dishonest person: JD lawyer: "somebody who has these narcissistic personality traits, and substance abuse disorder and never commit IPV, right?" Psychiatrist: "So, along that line, about, about 80-90% of people who commit IPV have the personality disorders, so the answer is, less than, about 10% obviously do not." Basically he twisted the question and did NOT answer it, but a different one. Following is my illustration of what he did, using the example of depression and suicide, and non scientific numbers, just taking his 90% vs 10% numbers from the initial subject: Q: "People can have depression without committing suicide, right?" A: "About 90% of people who've committed suicide suffered from depression, so 10% obviously did not". His answer should have been along the lines of "X% of people with depression commit suicide, the other with depression do not", and as we all know, the vast majority of people with depression do NOT commit suicide. As probably, I don't know the numbers here, the vast majority of people with some personality traits or substance abuse do NOT commit IPV. This doctor makes us nauseous just to look at him and hear him, and that's for a good reason. He also has clear narcissistic traits, many more so and far more visible than what we can see from JD (ie few... if not none).

If you are going by social media evidence, which has the leaked edited versions put out by Depp and his team for your average Shane and Karen to watch, yes. That's what he wants you to think. If you are going by what professionals like the psychiatrist looked at, in his professional assessment, and by what the UK judge went by, by looking at all the evidence in a proper court, then no.

I could not recall any of these conversations at all after i woke up and thought they were lying/pranking until 3 people said i called them.

The Hollywood staffer at the end says the negative statements affected Amber's career and resulted in loss of money but never affected Johnny's?? I mean how does that even make sense when Johnny was the one accused of abuse and clearly lost roles. Disney can pretend they didn't know anything about it but he def lost Fantastic Beasts because of it. So Johnny, or anyone for that matter, shouldn't be filing lawsuits to clear their name if they are innocent and its affecting their careers and income? These people are ridiculous. The Op-ed was the instigating event. Amber brought this on herself by talking smack.

That's easily answered. Most of them had non disclosure agreements. One used to be seen in public fights with him and once, during a fight, he got arrested because he thrashed a hotel room and the police were concerned for her. One said he was sweet then got a lawyer to block it from being used in this case. One said that he was always intoxicated and raged. One was brave enough to testify. One, the mother of the children, said she supported him. Not sure why Depp still called her a withering c*nt and a French extortionist c*nt.

If Turd didn't want her career to be impacted by any statements she should have never abused Johnny and he'd have nothing to expose. No abuser want their victims to speak because that will prevent them from doing what they're doing. She's not mad about what she did, she's mad that she was exposed. Side note: it really bothers me to my core how people are testifying and she's too busy looking at Johnny to know what they say. She is screaming in this courtroom "I'm no victim" with her behavior. I hope the jury have implanted in their brains how many times she's looked at him and the look on her face while doing so.

I wanted to make a comment about this. I live in The Netherlands. Mdma combined with coke is normal among the youth here in the partyscene. Never have I ever (and I have worked at parties troughout college) seen someone become violent because of mdma. In rear occassions you can spiral down and get in a negative/ sad mood. But never violent. As employees in clubs and on festifalls we actually prefered parties with a lot of mdma use over alcohol use, because at mdma parties there were no problems (as in fights).
@465marko

@@beau1515 It's crazy isn't it? Of all the drugs I can think of, that someone *could* be violent on, they've picked the one drug that makes it almost impossible... I thought he was very biased, but at least somewhat competent and knowledgeable - that comment made me doubt that a bit.

@@465marko Yes he was very biased. I don’t think it is entierly his fault that he is biased. He formed an opinion based on the documents and information, which he received from AH’s team. I don’t think he has ever used himself.

Most people I have seen don't drink alcohol while high on E. An example, many places people would visit to hear music, dance and drink, would usually have the floor covered in spilled drinks (often a filthy mess) at the end of the night. However, when people started to use E, it was as though they all became civilized, while high on E they mostly were just that, civil and friendly. The floors in these bars and dance places/music venues, etc., would, after a house party, be bone dry, as nobody was getting pissed/drunk. Alcohol is a despressant. MDMA puts people in an entirely different realm of consciousness, and alcohol works against that experience/state of mind.
@465marko
@465marko Жыл бұрын
@@GetMoreMellow I agree. Honestly, I usually would drink with mdma - but it works against it. Or rather, you don't tend to drink as much, you don't get sloppy, and the mdma keeps you in that other headspace like you say.

This psychiatrist is a load of crock by trying to diagnose Johnny by his manner of communicating slowly. If you look back at Johnny's past interviews when he was young, he always spoke slow. That is his style. I have done so much drugs and struggled with it for over 20 years and I tend to speak fast. That is my style of talking. Also Amber Heard also did lots of drugs. I listened to those hours long recordings of them and it proves Amber was also doing so much drugs and she was up for days with Johnny at times. Plus Amber Heard was taking Seroquel too. There is so much this Psychiatrist got wrong about Johnny, when it basically described Amber Heard. I listened to quite a few full 3 hours and 5 hours of recordings of Johnny and Amber arguing and fighting, and it's Amber who is all those things he describes about Johnny. This psychiatrist was asked by Elaine that you only heard "some" audio recordings. Which is very misleading if she only showed him the parts that are favorable to Amber. Incredible! The only thing he got right was the drug affects.
