Apples and oranges comparison. The crime Mangione committed falls under a specific NY statute, which is very narrow in nature. (Yes, Mangione meets the criteria). The incident we’re discussing here falls under a totally different statute, that was revised in 2023. It definitely meets the criteria. Again, comparing the 2 is very disingenuous.😊
