It's impossible to ask the P.O. to operate like a profitable private mail service while providing mail service to far flug rural areas.The P.O. was created to be a service for the people of the United States , not a money making enterprise .If it was a private company we would be charged probably $10 for a first class letter.

Compare how postal workers (in general) work, compared to FedEx and UPS employees. Private sector workers put most to shame.

Ask yourself, how profitable is the Fire Department? How is it that USPS is expected to make a profit off many deliveries only getting a pre-sort standard piece of mail in remote locations?

I just made a similar comment. He needs to train postal workers and have a clear sign that refers to Poster 7. Most employees don’t even know what Poster 7 is. It would be a pretty simple thing to do. There’s no recording/photography without post office permission.
