SpaceX makes it look so damn easy that I want to cuss NASA for not doing this 40 years ago. Despite everything NASA and the FAA has done to get in the way a crew put together by Elon Musk has made more progress in a few years than the government could do in centuries.

SpaceX has the luxury of not having their budget slashed by politics. For what they've had to put up with NASA has achieved a lot!

Dont fight guys ... after all this time you the American people have had your tax spent on developing a Space knowledge through NASA & SPACE X is able to move on that source of knowledge, unbridled by the pathetic things that control our humans lives, CRAP GOVERNANCE. Learn in life to sort out the issues, dont just follow the sheep & parrot the same old silly mantra's of myths & your own PREDUDICES, (worse still OTHERS). Use your own brain & seek good sources. Happy Days guys , my days have been amazing since the 50s ....

@@JessWLStuart Oh please are you suggesting space x has more funding than NASSA?

what is the little objects that fly under the rocket they begin at 9:57 into the video? small objects fly in different directions a few seconds apart it seems.

Cannot see altitude and speed info as you're live covers up.

I would far rather see the altitude and speed readout in the bottom left than it being totally obscured by a readout of the numbers watching. Who organises this?

I get inspired every time the first stage lands after use! It's so successful it's almost mundane!

I love watching these launches but I'd love to find out where you can watch the launch WITHOUT the "talking heads" that insist on telling you what the next callout is, then hearing the actual callout then telling you that you just heard said callout.. These blabbermouths are VERY annoying. I'd love to be able to watch the launch with JUST the actual callouts..

they have absolutely nailed this, it is the gold standard for the world….and because they are consistently innovating, the world will never catch up. Elon has been called a lot of names and roasted lately, but let his reputation be of a man who pushed the envelope on what humans can achieve, who truly has changed the world…not for profit, but rather for creating and releasing into the wild the very best of what we are capable of…for the sake of innovation and excellence..yes the money follows, but that is NOT his motivation

From this lifeboat called Earth , Elon and friends dare to inspire us all fueling our imagination as they awaken our need to travel beyond the Stars , in a quest to find our ancestral home , changeling us all to go beyond our simple abilities , God gave us our dreams , it's because of this we thrive , if the day should ever come when we can no longer dream , will be the day all of humanity will be dead .

Another text book schedualed launching 2nd week of January & what adds to this amazing performance is there will be ANOTHER in WEEKS. In the late 50s, space fiction was being turned into reality with 2 or 3 events around the GLOBE per year. In the 60s it was Rocketry magic, and in the 70s, it was the MOON & PLANETS, in the 80s SPACE STATION & SPACESHIP RECOVERY 5 to 10 events a year. SPACE X is making sdpace activity DAILY. Please dont get complacent its EXCEPTIONAL and the leading technology of the 21st Centuary. Well done guys, a MANNED MARS ADVENTURE closed the books of FICTION.
