Hi Angie, do you wait for your concealer to dry before setting with translucent powder?

It depends on the concealer - if it’s self setting I do and if not I apply powder right away so it doesn’t move.

What is your opinion on the plouise makeup base, I've heard alot of MUA call it a glorified concealer. Do you find that it is a true primer?

I don’t agree with that and really love the PLouise primer. Concealer isn’t the best for eyeshadow primer because a lot of them can become oily, especially on naturally oily skin, making it harder for eyeshadow to stay in place. Good eyeshadow primers are specifically designed to control oil (they act Ike more of a barrier) and keep eyeshadow looking bright and lasting longer.
