To add to your answer about Meredith and Mark. She had this weird bond with Mark. Yeah they weren’t as close as Callie and Mark for example, but they had mutual understanding and genuine love. She did always root for Lexie and Mark! Dirty mistresses club forever!

I suppose so yeah in the earlier seasons they talked more, but I just always felt like she was never *really* that interested in their relationship, derek ended up being there for her about mark more than meredith come season eight😭 but I get what you mean!

And yea, there was an interview released where the producers/writers mentioned that they had a conversation with Ellen, and they basically told her that the show would be over whenever she decided she was done, so I don’t think they would kill her otherwise.

@Alexis Lanzieri everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course but I never understood people's issue with maggie, is it just because she's meredith's other half sister? because that's not replacing lexie she's just an add on to the family, I actually think maggie and lexie would have adored each other and in some ways are quite similar (like their goofiness) so I never got this constant need to compare!
