Thank you for you upload and explain the process, it’s not easy for a practical case for the valuation study, honestly since I left school I found that there is a difference between the model use in company and the book, it is very nice that you show us the whole process. Will keep on watch your KZbin !

This is great and very well done. You are super clear and educational. This section was not exactly up my alley yet, but might be in the future. Excel skills is always helpful though. I'm in the realestate business in Sweden, rental apartments mostly. Keep up the good work!

This is great, thank you for the explaining the whole process, I have built this model from scratch to suit my needs, but I am having issues with debt, it is never adding up to the total outflows at the end and i dont know why

My financing draws are always more than my loan for some reason, i added in a marketing cost that starts from the month before the 1st sale and ends with the month before the last sale, does that have anything to do with my issues? Please

mesmirzed as i watch you work superb and i am presuming your lot development costs would involve infrastructure to the development or were you assuming infrastructure in place?

Does accrued interest need to get factored into available loan amount? Or is it assumed to be paid out of pocket by developer?
