Watch me decoden a Samsung S4 for an Etsy customer with resin pieces made by myself and a Sailor Moon Twinkle Dolly. This video shows me making translucent white glitter "whip".

Not sure where they may have bought it, but it's from the Twinkle Dolly blind bag set (series 3 to be specific). Just search "Sailor Moon Twinkle Dolly" and you'll find all kinds of good stuff!!

otherwise it would be way to expensive.. on ali express all the figures are bootlegs... so not official. Thats why they are so cheap :/
