For fast results workout on an empty stomach then eat. Sleep 8-9 hours a day. You will get big on 4,500 calories a day.

4,500 definitely would speed things up but I struggle to get 3,600 lol I’m trying though. Appreciate the advice!

This is awesome dude, love the natty transformation. If you haven't already, try a mildly aggressive bulk. Calories are like steroids for nattys it's unreal. Keep up the good work! 👏🔥

Thank you! Been going for 3,600 calories a day but sometimes I only make it to 3,200. My goal it to try to bring it up closer to 4,000 because you’re so right, literally steroids for nattys lol
