What I appreciate most about what you're doing here--forget the money aspect--is actually showing 1) how you think about framing things for an audience, and 2) how you're illustrating the recursive nature of the writing process. She has a big email list. She pays me to write her emails which provide value/sell products to the people on that list. My "How I made $35,000 with 5 email video" is an example of the power of this. I wrote her 5 emails that generated her $30k+ in one week. Which is why she is more than willing to pay me a few grand to write them.

So your skill is Creative/Promotional literature. The people who have gigantic email listings, pay you to write them instead of dealing with it on their own. I can totally see someone who has videos to be made while producing work out routines among tons of other content, to not ever want to sit and write convincing Emails to people who are interested in the products. I feel like its one of those back end jobs not a whole lot of people even know about or even want to do. Which why people probably don't think its possible. These days I can assure you with great certainty an AI could help you produce these emails in less than 15 minutes if you tell it to format Emails based on this content, and writing style. currently 25 mins in and reading your copy so far its apparently garbage because whenever i get copy reviewed it has to have a pas structure or some other structure, you have to add who's done the studies to convince the audience more I'm not sure have i been learning copywriting wrong? not hating KJ great vids I'm just pointing out things i spot when i review other peoples copy

from what ive seen as another beginner hopping down the rabbit hole I like to think these "structures" are more like proven guidelines that will help beginners structure their copy more easily, but for much more proficient copywriters the structure they write with completely depends on the scenario

It’s a fair point but the thing to understand is that there are different kinds of copywriting. Those structures are typically more aimed at sales copy. I’m this case the copy isn’t selling anything directly. The point is simply to get people to watch her videos. PAS could work here too but it isn’t as necessary since the ask (clicking a link to free content) is t as big.

No legit marketer of ANY kind would say copywriting is a scam. In fact that is impossible since copywriting literally means the act of writing words to convince people to take an action. Affiliate marketing literally cannot happen without copywriting.
