Just washed mines after 1 month. Just kept doing refreshing. Slept last night with conditioner on my hair, a plastic cap and slouch hat. Finally got used to it. Slept under an electric blanket. Not trying to get sick. My scalp feels much better after washing. Refreshing works up until 4th week.

Whenever I watch my faves wash and go videos, I notice y’all don’t ever have any (or very little) shed hair in your hands. My hair sheds like CRAZY when I do wash and gos, even after a trim, deep condition, finger detangle, comb detangle, ANYTHING. What am I doing wrong?? 😩about to just give up on wash and gos. 313miss0812 I had the same issue! Try a protein treatment to strengthen your strands. Also make sure your hair is drenched with water bc it’s really helped me.
