Thank you Nick for letting us in on your approach to studying the game. It can be helpful while playing to write down the moves that we want to check afterward with the analysis, for instance "game 5-3 : my 62, hit ? "

18:24 - double 3s would be very bad for him if you made the correct play and then he has to hit you but can't hide safely and then you hit back from the roof.

Hi Nick. One Question. How did you change at 24:34 into the window that allows you to change from Matchplay to moneygame? Can you from there direct change the position as well and move checkers to position to see if that changes the scenario?

You can copy a position in XG with control-c, open a second instance of XG, and control-v paste the position in to edit however you like.

6:15 - all top plays are STAY BACK plats since you're down in the race by 12. Let your opp crack first then you attack. All blunder plays were ruin from the back.

Hey Nick. I don’t have Facebook but do you still offer backgammon lessons?

I do! You can email me at Nblasier@gmail.com. I have a website with some info about that too - Nickblasier.weebly.com
