Jerry I tested prop wire with some of the properties I own. It is so off on the comps, history, and owner data for off market houses. One of my homes was shown as an empty land. Wondering if you noticed that too.

I tried proowire and it is not very accurate at all. I did th3 same and looked up my mom's house, was showing different owner and beds and baths are wrong also. 👎🏼. How does that help us? No bueno Jerry.

Sucks you couldn’t get it under contract. I wanted to see how you overcame the option money required in order to get your 10 day option period you speak of. I would still like to know how to overcome that part if we start this with no money. Thanks

You have a few options. First, forgo the option period. Not recommended especially if you're not experienced. Next option, offer a shorter option period for a lower fee. 10 days at $250 is pretty common for retail buyers. So go in and offer $50 for 3 days. This will only work if you have the vendor infrastructure in place to quickly assess the home and report back to you.

I would need at least 10 days to find a buyer to wholesale to. Jerry was claiming we can do this with no money , but don't see how. And can't get an ans2er from jerry🫤

Hello Jerry, I noticed alot of comments about having to pay option money that is non refundable. That is besides EMD. What is your stategy on that if I'm starting with no money like your double dip, you claim we don't need money to start,but they require $200 option here in Texas. Please help.😢

Im learning from this series that everyone is taking chances, everyone you talk to and speak with are all trying to make money. It helps me normalize reaching out to an agent or even seller for that matter as everyone is doing it and that its a normal thing.
