I'm not on her side, but someone can be using her name and card and bought your products that happened to me and I looked in my bank account and it said I bought something from this place and I know I didn't buy it then who knows I maybe wrong and she is probably committing fraud but I do hope your business is booming wish you the best and love all your nail videos ❤

Oh babe she was definitely using someone else card to purchase like she’s probably a scammer that gets other peoples bank stuff, I had a girl book with me and pay with a frad card and they charge-backed but at my booking it asked for signatures that you agree with my policy

Not only was she stealing from you, but she was stealing from other people's bank accounts and that's probably not even her real name. And the person who called might be the actual owner of the card that was taken. Maybe she got a notification from her bank app of a charge and she was calling to say it wasn't her.

That's so ridiculous. It's not that huge an order to be placing fraudulent orders like that. But I can't imagine it being legal for you to disclose her full name. According to the privacy policy etc on your shop site (or what should be there :/) I'd be careful love. Don't get yourself into trouble because these idiots are well idiots. But you should have a bank and payment processer that will always have your back and take care of these things for you. So you aren't needing to take to youtube to name drop shame and whatnot over 240 bucks or so. I'd hate to see a fellow nail business owner get into trouble over idiots like that babe. ❤️ but yeah, your bank should absolutely have your back. But sharing private details can compromise that. :/. But anywho, when I eventually place my order from you, don't think it's fraudulent just because it'll be over a hundred bucks, I don't order if it's under that (not much point at rate I go through product and cost of shipping etc haha). 😊 😘
