I know the cops deal with life threatening incidents every day but this cop needs to be taken off the streets yesterday . The fact that he admits cops call each other and say “That car looks fun” to indicate they are giving the heads up to another officer is pure profiling .
@shakey26342 жыл бұрын
Convict him, jail him and decertify him as an officer permanently. I am sick and tired of seeing video after video of cops engaging in “ground and pound” and claiming someone was fighting them when what they were actually doing is just covering up, a natural human reaction. This cop drove this whole event and seemed to enjoy it, hell, he’s enjoying talking about it.

He has two other incidents that got attention by local media investigating them. Both victims were black. Daniel Feritto who announced on police radio that Hubbard's car would be fun is being investigated for illegal activity. He had excessive force and profiling complaints. Unfortunately this is business as usual with the Blue Line Gang.

The "Expert" say the person in the car was to close to the officer when he got out of the car, and it was "Unsafe" for the officer. WHAT, the officer was standing right next to the door...it was IMPOSSIBLE for the person NOT to stand close to the officer. Please...the officer was brutal to the man, he gave the man no room to get out of the car, gave him 1 second to obey his command to turn around...then pushed/pull him to the ground.
@ricladouceur62022 жыл бұрын
There's not a problem with the technique but when you issue instructions like turn around as you move in then how does a person turn around without moving their feet or turning their shoulder into the officer. The passenger didn't move toward the officer. He complied by stepping out. The officer moved to him as he stepped out. If you're concerned about reactionary gap why would you employ this technique. Based on this guys testimony an officer could use subjective evidence to attack someone without any objective evidence that there's a threat. I just wonder how many times he's found against the officer.

The bravado displayed in the street while in uniform, and whilst beating up an innocent citizen is no longer displayed, and looks almost childlike, for he is now in a courtroom, knowing that he has eventually been caught up with! That retired officer is delusional. He's justifying why that tyrant used abused that man and wrongfully arrested the passenger. The camera doesn't lie. All he said was how the camera doesn't see everything. It sees enough and hears enough to show that the officer was the Actual Criminal and should have been immediately charged Just shows the disconnect between the police department and the community. I have so much more respect for Federal Law Enforcement. They move totally different than police and sheriff departments because they don't run around acting like they have something to prove. I know for a fact "They" wouldn't be caught dead moving so reckless. Smh

I can see both sides…I get the instincts to defend yourself when you feel like you’re being targeted and now taken down by strikes, but I also get the cop has a job to do and needs your cooperation. I did feel like he was grabbing Richard’s arm/elbow so he could handcuff him but I think it may have draw him into his shoulder leading him to believe he did it on purpose. Being a cop is dangerous and I understand that…if he has a problem with excessive force, he will have a history of it and that’s what I’d like to know. I know that if my bf was being beat up for NO reason, I wouldn’t yell at him repeatedly to stop..I would tell the officers to gtfu off of him bc he’s complying. Idk 🤷♀️ that def is sus..I do think the officer should’ve given him another chance like asking him to put his hands behind his back before shoving him into the car.

@csea46722 жыл бұрын
@@georgejackson7798 no it had nothing to do with her “not knowing much English” she sounded like she could articulate herself just fine. She was saying babe stop meaning stop resisting. Notice how she didn’t say anything to him when the officer punched him on the back of the head, suddenly she was cussing the officers out. I get he was scared bc he didn’t have a license but not complying made it much worse. He def was targeted but that’s why you should have all your stuff cleared and following the rules so you don’t give them any reason to mess with you and I speak from experience…when I didn’t have my things up to date, I was scared on the rd and the cops always messed with me once they pulled up my tags.. I’m not saying the officer wasn’t aggressive, but the kid wasn’t really complying either. He def was twisting his hips to avoid being flat on the ground in order to get handcuffed, but I feel the cop should’ve called in his info instead of just asking if he had a warrant several times and asking him to step out.
