Being a Canadian....I closely watch what happens south of the border, because it directly affects us in a very big way. From about 1978 - 1998...I worked, and travelled stateside many times, including down in those deep red states. My experience was that the everyday folks were always friendly, and cool. Oh sure, there were Republicans & Democrats, some racial stuff, differences in opinions...but..everybody seemed to get along. I think we have things pretty darn good here in North America. I have faith in my American neighbours....that the majority of them don't want to be best friends with Vladimir Putin, or, Kim Jong Un...and they will make sure and get rid of Trump and his GOP cronies who have divided the country, and created the mess of today.....

Unfortunately, most people cannot discern facts or analyze historical data. The likely hood of something going wrong or right has to do with the margin of failure in the past. Trump character is very risky base on his ability to fail in so many key areas. morals, financially responsible, ethical considerations, mental and social awareness.
