@@SteveRamsdenKZbin Looks like you did it practically. By running with with camera on a gimbal with a strong flashlight. Then the person in white coat jumps into the air when camera approaches. And when you see the road while driving the car's black bonnet could be just a horizontal finger near the camera lens. When from inside the car we see a glimpse of white cloth going up over the frond window it could just a white cloth moved over the window from the outside just to get this on camera. No need for a green screen, compositing software or stock footage to add.
