Rising Star is a FINE young horse, growing well, nicely behaved, handsome....many would love to own one such as Risey...including me! I love knowing that Yvonne' s herd, indeed, so many horses in Friesland, grow up, never knowing a day' s harsh treatment....It is so very reassuring.... I ❤❤❤ seeing Risey with his flagged tail trotting through the tall grass in the pasture! When he first arrived at Stal H, I never thought I'd ever see him like that again. What a GREAT JOB Yvonne has done, nursing him back to good general health! It looks to me like he is learning how to move his body well, despite the Wobblers. I see the missteps, but he hasn't fallen. I think that he's a really happy horse that's going to make it! GOEDZO, YVONNE!

Risey has a beautiful, floating trot despite his Wobblers. It's amazing how well he is doing. He looks gorgeous with his shiny coat and bright eyes. He and Yfke appear to really enjoy being together. It's nice for both to have the friend they needed. 💞💞

I'm so impressed with Risey's improvement and his ability to trot canter and run out in the pasture. He seems to be experiencing joy in living and not as much frustration and fear as before. Well done Yvonne!

Risey & Yfke are a perfect pairing! Risey was reared with Friesians: he understands & is used to them. The ponies, on the other hand, avoided Yfke & they never bonded with her, so she was very lonely. But Risey & Yfke: PERFECT!!! ❤️

Risey moves so well. Yes, I see small missteps but he is correcting them so well and I do think as well that he has learned how to balance himself out. From the far, you wouldn’t even tell that he has wobbler, just a horse having a bit more swing into his steps. Considering how he was when you brought him to stall H, where he didn’t want to even trot for long and seeing him jump with joy is showing what a difference much rest and a healthy diet can do. And of course his will to live that got so much stronger with you everyday. Good job Yonna, you should be proud.

As with so many ailments, exercise is key! Risey is growing to be a very impressive horse, with still more growing to do, for several years yet..... Those who remember Mod, Linda, will also recall that she predicted Rising Star could easily grow as tall as Sjors ...if not even taller! I believe she may have been correct! Time will tell....

When Risey first arrived at Stal H, he looked so stressed & fearful, it was terrible to see. I'm sure he knew something was wrong, & now he was losing his home. Since then, seeing how happy & strong he's become, it's clear that he's progressing beautifully. He may never be completely free of Wobblers, but he's happy, & able to enjoy life. Goedzo, Yvonne!

I so enjoy watching Risey prance in the meadow. He is happy being with Yfke and pal Spidey. I’m glad Yvonne was able to see the Northern Lights. @@karenkernell9405 in earlier videos, Rein said he had something with hardening of arteries (?) I think. He and Yvonne were not expansive. It was around the same time all the mares were sold. It was my opinion (nothing anyone has said) that maybe foaling was too much for Boss Rein to do at this time. During foaling season you are on call 24/7 from February - June and with 10 mares in foal poor Rein would get little sleep and lots of stress, not good. When the buyer from Canada was interested in a herd, it was perfect timing. Again, my opinion, his guardian angel was looking out for him❤️ So, I pray for him, along with Yvonne, and the horses and caregivers at Stahl H and Stahl G.

I love seeing Risey happy. I'm sure we all have had to change our direction in life at some point or another because of unfortunate circumstances. But we adjust and move forward. That's what I think about our Previous Risey and Yvonne. We love them both to the moon and back.
