If anyone reading these lines being in search of an easy way to get this trophy there is an exploit (at the time of 07.05.2024 works on both PC and PS). The exploit itself is that putting any rabbit (doesn't matter which exactly) on the car and sitting behind the wheel just put the game on pause for 5-10 minutes and you will get this trophy.

I think the timer resets when the bunny jumps/knocks off. It's just best to do it in 1 run.

The happy hare must be the one anomaly I’m missing in the outer zone. So they’re found in car trunks? Thanks a ton for the tip.

They can be in car trunks or they can be running around in the wild (but again is very rare). Just try every trunk you see. You may have more of a chance with the Warrens anomaly that happens in a zone.

I cannot remember properly, but I was in one of the early forest stages. They either appear randomly on any missions (or in car boots) or a higher chance to spawn on The Warrens anomaly. I rarely ever saw one for a long time and I tried it with no car parts on except the engine and used a broken bunny. The only problem with that is, they kept getting dragged off my car by the Abductors. Found a website that found them in a dumpster: How to Find Since Happy Hares are an Anomaly players want to encounter, we changed this section up. We found ours in a Friendly Dumpster, and we advise all other players to search every single one they come across just in case they pick one too.

I didn't encounter happy hares till the mid-zone (Then they appeared randomly around the starter areas). They are rarer than the destructive bunnies. It's just trial and error. If you do happen to find 1, just stick it on. Also, check every trunk with the crowbar, as my hare jumped out of 1 randomly. You may have more of a chance with the Warrens anomaly that happens in a zone.

Any of the bunnies/hares will work for the trophy as long as they jump around. I tried it with a broken bunny at first, but it kept driving my car into an abductor and getting taken off (as abductors love metal or flares).

@@FearTheDuck09 ok also I have only scientific pursuit left but I got everything scanned unfortunately beforehand I know I can make a new save to fix that but will putting that new save in a new slot keep that from overwriting my usual save in another save slot🤔
