Haven't chewed any teeth causing a No Start....was All due to a filthy gummed up Bendix. Yup , I've spun a few times going onto the grass. So costly. Great channel!

i have a VLR also and i hate the starter it always breaks or has issues when i first got it from DKC back in feb of this year for about 3-4 months we kept having problems with the starter but Sean kept replacing it cus i could turn it on like 2 times then it would not crank only about a month ago did it stop doing that and it was the same issue you had at the start of the vid

I noticed you added the zip-ties to the exhaust springs. Glad my hack is working for you! 😂 If you wrap the zip-tie loop with another zip-tie where it where it meets the spring it will tidy things up a little bit. 😁 Are you coming out to NTK Summer 3?

I bought mine at Dallas Karting Complex. You can find them online, I'd try Comet Kart Sales online if you're not local.

Doesn't seem to be an issue on the KA100.

It is done probably to minimize rotational mass. On 17000 rpm each gram counts.

It's supposed to be light for snappy acceleration. Trials bikes and lawnmowers need heavy flywheels😅
