I didn't drive until I was a little older than you. Truthfully, I was scared and too anxious to try. Fear may not be your reason, but just thought I'd share. But one day my mom forced me to go to DMV to get my license and I was freaking out but I did it. And I realized it wasn't as bad as I thought and now, 10 years later, I wonder how I waited so long. Take your time, do it when you're ready.
