Scotland, maybe, though probably not. Even with the Brexit mess independence isn't polling much higher than it did in 2014. Northern Ireland is a bit more complicated, even seriously suggesting that NI could leave the United Kingdom could lead to some fairly serious violence from both sides. And basically everyone on both/all sides wants to avoid that.

Can't stop it so Parliament voted to suspend it to try and force Boris back to Belgium. So Boris A.) Either goes to Belgium and 1.) either gets an extension or 2.) Does not or B.) Boris says come October 31 we're leaving. Parliament has punted to Brussels but if Brussels says no extension then Parliament and Brussels will give a hard exit to the UK.

The solution is obvious. Scotland and Wales should be independent nations, free of Britain. Northern ireland should be part of the Republic of Ireland.

Scotland and wales would get less than they put in. They make more money being in the UK right now than they would as their own country in the EU. You are asking them to do exactly what UK did to Europe, but to the UK lol. Blow your foot off for freedom.

What do you mean 'free of Britain'? Britain is a geographic entity. Unless the Scots want to move to another part of the world, they will always be part of Britain. Perhaps you meant the United Kingdom? And the majority of Northern Irish people want to be part of the UK, so why should they become part of Eire?

Anyone interested Boris Johnson sent the letter they keep talking about to the EU but just sent them an unsigned copy. They extended the deadline anyway. Which soon became irrelevant as we had a general election in December 2019 anyway which Boris won.

Everyone who voted to Leave may as well suck it up, because you chose this coarse of action & the consequences that arise from this decision. If Scotland is so incensed about the effects Brexit has caused on their citizens, then Scotland should officially seperate from the UK forever more be independent. Northern Ireland should never have been part of the UK, when they clearly are hungry for power & seek to amass land at whatever cost. All of Ireland should be 1 nation seperate from the UK & responsible for their own laws and customs.

Mardan P. Are you calling for a one world government? Peace throughout the world would be great but in reality that will never happen. We are ALL individuals and do not want EVERYONE controlled by one government. Why would I want to live like everyone else if I work for what I have?

Unification would be ideal, but it’s not that easy. Too many forces work against such unity, and trying to hold it together by any means is delaying the inevitable, and probably making the consequences down the line far worse than anything that could come of a solution today.
