SAPS cannot solve all the economic and social failures and flaws of South Africa. Why are townships overcrowded in the first place? Because of 1) lack of influx control and 2) too many children being born into poverty. Don't birth children if you cannot afford to raise them under decent conditions. We can all criticise bheki cele but we don't realised how hard his working.he can't stop people for not committing crime.but his always there all the time his very active on the ground always especially for his age his so brave ,active some times his life his in danger but his always there no matter what.he doesn't even spend time with his family.we all going to regreat when his no longer there.lets prays him his doing his job whole heartedly.i know people criticise him but we've never seen such brave currector I love bheki cele his doing his best all the time
