I have the same problen after upgrading my PC to Windows 11 - any suggestions? ( have 3 inverters running in parallel )

@@hendrik1730 Actually I left it for 30 minutes connected via Usb and kept on the application. Suddenly it started working

how are u connected tho usb data cable or serial port im connected with the micro usb data cable im not getting nothing

Yes, the USB data cable which come with the unit.

How can I view data for a time period of 3 months? I have been unable to so far.

It seems to only record when the PC is on and connected. The data is not stored within the unit to download. Sadly.

What is the password it keeps asking me for if I try to change something or whatever. I tried 12345678 and it didn't work.
