We need to resurface/repair all the interstate highway system--including new bridges over many overpasses. And then re-furbish the SOO Locks in Michigan and the airport runways in the top 50 markets, as needed. It is over-due and it is a proper use of federal tax money (unlike a lot of other spending that is done).
