The advantage of the five ring straps is that you can wear it as tight as you want but have zero pull on springbars. You need to use the two rings as a second buckle which means you can set tension for the top layer holding the watch. It's simple but a bit hard to explain. For watches with fixed or screw in bars there is no point using a five ring strap. By the way you are showing zulu straps not nato straps. For mine I just used the screw pin Suppa adapters with two piece straps to avoid adding additional height.

I just bought one, mint, like new in full pkgg for $100, and this was always sort of a grail for me because it is so bizarre and huge. It came with the round adapter and I'll see how that works out with a leather or thick nylon NATO. Otherwise I may go for the regular adapters. But it is one cool piece. I subscribed to the channel after seeing your review.

I actually prefer the 60 click bezel. It is MUCH easier to center the pip exactly on the 12:00 index.

I wish Citizen makers were more generous and have thrown in weekday like Seiko usually does. As a self-employed person I sometimes get lost as in what day of the week it is.

Well ken my computer imploded. I'll try again. Ebay will have the discontinued BAD ASS "titanium ecozilla" with condition and prices all over the place. Citizen has a NEW titanium ecozilla like bill says but is pricey yet again BAD ASS still. Cheers!

to be fair my G shock frogman hits all the second markers and so does my luminox, both quarts of course. also my blue angels citizens seems to come really close or right at all the makers.

100Watches they do not. I got these adaptors on eBay. Not sure I’ll ever go back for the stock strap!

@@100Watches yup! 4 flat head screws, remove the ring and old band. Install adaptors and put the ring and 4 screws back in place!
