The only way Alice will name Pinoy current/former officials is if she was guaranteed safety now and after issue died down. Sure protektado sya ngayon but how about after the case and all guilty parties were brought to justice? May impluwensya pa rin yung mga makukulong na yon at di naman habang buhay may mga security si Alice. She needs FULL witness protection program ala US WPP which includes new identity, relocation to a new place na walang makakakilala sa kanya, preferably outside PH, give Alice a new life, bagong bugay ng isang tao kapalit ng pagtabas ng sandamakmak na tiwaling tao sa gobyerno, I'd say thats a price we could afford.
