Common sense says, Neither the State nor Federal Governments nor any Corporate entity should have a "right" to choose or block candidates for Presidential election. The power of the individual to cast a ballot for their favorite candidate, who meet qualification requirements, as provided under the GUIDELINES of the U.S. Constitution supporting 2 party system is what needs to be enforced. Qualified participating candidates should be selected to run for office by political party majority rule and recalled, based on an abundance of verifiable evidence, by the same.

Eligibility for FEDERAL elections does not fall under the heading of 'States rights'. The USSC in their initial opinion said as much. So whatever point you were trying to make is wholly moot.

Funny thing - Cenk Uygur has been removed by some states but, was placed on Super Tuesday ballots in 6 states including Minnesota, Oklahoma, Texas and Vermont for the primaries. They are eligible to run even though they are not eligible to hold office.

It's important to respect whatever the SCOTUS's decision to maintain order & stability. Failure to do so would lead to chaos & the rule of the jungle! While the rule of law implies that nobody is above the law & everyone is subject to it, the rule of law doesn't judge the fairness of the law itself; rather, it outlines the specific legal procedures that the legal framework must follow! However, due to the many complexities of interpreting the law, the legal system may not consistently deliver justice?! I think Mr. Trump systematically targeted! Viva Justice & God Bless America!
