WATCH: The Charro Legacy

SAN ANGELO, TX -- For 89 years now the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo has showcased some of the best cowboys and cowgirls in the world. While the rodeo continues its long-standing tradition this year it came in the form of the Mexican horsemen or otherwise known as the Charros.
Tomas Garcilazo, a third-generation charro along with his son 6-year-old Louis captured the eyes and the hearts of those in attendance at the third and fifth performances of the 2021 San Angelo Rodeo.
