There are two types of betrayal in life (secret and open betrayal). What Tambuwal did was an open betrayal and a slap in the face. My advice for Wike is to consider walking away from the party. You may have joined the party since 1998 but there comes a time in life when you have to ask yourself if the effort is worth it. The forces that betrayed Jonathan is still active. Those who changed the zoning system have the northern agenda in mind.

This has been my question all day. Why Udom refused to step down for Wike??? If not for Tambuwal stepping down for Atiku, Wike could've won the squarely. This is clear indication that the northerners (fulani) are not giving up power both in pdp and apc. The same thing would happen in apc where the northerners would deliberately cast all their votes for a very weak southern like Amechi, Osinabjo, Bello etc that they Atiku will easily crush in the general election. The northerners are ONE irrespective of party.

Wike supported him with everything he had in 2019 presidential PDP primaries against Atiku even gave N500 Million yet got betrayed by him of all people. But the wise saw all this coming. I was not surprised at all...the northerners have always betrayed southerners in last moment. They will always vote for their own at the cross roads. Imagine Tambuwal that Wike stood by in 2019, come 2022 the same Tambuwal boldly deny Wike in the open. I hope southerners have learned enough lessons from this pdp convention.
