Here's how it works:
👆 PLACE YOUR ORDER
Choose the painting technique and upload your photo. You can upload multiple photos, and we will combine them into one portrait. Pick a size, pay with only 10% charged upfront, or use various financing options, including Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal, and submit your order!
💻 APPROVE MOCKUP
Our graphic designers create a mock-up of your portrait for your artist and send it to you for approval. You can ask for modifications and upload additional photos from your user-friendly dashboard.
👩‍🎨PAINTING BEGINS
Your artist receives the approved image and begins painting your portrait. Your artist will also take a picture of the portrait, called a proof, and send it to you for approval. You can ask for any modification here as well!
🖼️APPROVE PAINTING
Once ready and approved, you can choose a frame. Our interactive framing guide makes it easy to visualize how the painting will look, so you can pick the one you like best.
🚚 GET YOUR PORTRAIT
That's it! Choose your shipping method, and your portrait will be packaged and shipped. All that's left is to surprise your loved one with a gift from the heART! 💜🎨🖼️
