🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

Tingles have always been a 1 in a million thing for me save the really subtle ones in the back of my head, typically only happening with scalp/hair triggers that are very strong; that doesn't stop ASMR from acting as a weird sort of calming agent before bed. Something about the sounds being quiet and never overwhelming is so soothing after a long day, so thanks for making this. I enjoyed it a lot XD

Oh hey, finally someone like myself. Been watching ASMR for over 5 years now, but basically only got tingles a handful of times. Although i've discovered it mostly happens towards afternoon/early evening, which unfortunately is a time i rarely watch ASMR. Might be a energy-level kind of thing or something. 🤯🤯🤯 5:38-5:50 CRAZY chills!! It was like a perfect formula. Starting far away with soft spoken tone and slower speech. Then rapidly but smoothly making the switch to close up whispers with faster, repeating speech. And some voice inflection for added tingle effect along with a pen light to keep the eyes occupied... *chef's kiss*

Ingredients: - 3 Eggs - 50 Grams of sugar - t tsp of vanilla extract - 1 cup whipped cream - half cup strawberries 1. Separate the whites of 3 eggs from the yolks and beat untill soft peaks form 2. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and beat until hard peaks form 3. Pipe onto baking sheet and bake at 325⁰ for 12-15 minutes 4. Put the strawberries into a food processor and create a puree. 5. Take the meringues out and crumble slightly and combine and mix in a bowl with the strawberry puree and whipping cream 6. Chill and enjoy
