sorry that you have had a bad experience. I have a bike rack from them for 4 bikes and can't fault it. Great bit of kit and also great communication with the company. I for one would say these bike racks are probably the best on the market.

Maaate if I had a dollar for every time I put a brand up on the 12 volt group (not only solar King) but also other other Aussie brands and let’s not get started on the Chinese ones. I would be able to buy another Victron setup. It’s seems 95% of the market is dubious

Thanks Gerard, it seemed when I was researching every brand was crap according to other experts, well within my budget. These have a 3 year warranty from manufacturers and they were in budget as I spent a bit on the Victron.

I found the ISI rack to be terrible, especially for carbon frames. If you drive in any dust or dirty conditions (we have a lot of this in the American west, the dust gets between the foam and rubs the paint on the bike, ruining it. Also, any given thumb screw or allen bolt on the rack makes it very easy to steal the bikes AND the rack. Never again.

@@kristoferandrea9199 in the US, we ended up buying a Ram 2500 and adding a canopy so bikes and other gear are inside out of the weather, and away from prying eyes. Love the setup; it’s better in every way.
