Maine animations aur cool website banane ke chakkar mein kaafi time waste Kiya hai ... Main paresan tha ki merese ye sab kyu nahi ho raha hai aur main har ek type ka animation sikhne laga because I used to think ki website developer ko ye pahle aana chahiye... Great video Hitesh. I remember i was in a financial services client and we were working on backend.. so we had to test using front end.. the actual front end shown to customer was different.. for our internal backend team we had a screen which just had only html.. black white input texts and a shabby submit btn.. another project i was doing frontend for a water purifier client we made a technician app.. they had strictly told us to keep the design as simple as possible because the technicians who use it will be hardly 10th pass.. but the customer app we made they told us whatever innovation you can use we will not stop you so that users can stay longer on the app.. but i used to always feel this is never told on youtube.. what we see in companies marketing apps are diffrent and what apps they actually have internally is way different. Glad you bought it up..

I have recently started to finally make projects with HTML, CSS and JS or fir mujhe GSAP and animation ke baare me pata chala, haha Hitesh sir Bhagwaan jaise aate hain or bolte hain, worry not, aur fir mai chinta mukt, since I am also giving majority of my time to DSA so this is a complete distraction for me (I love animations too bhai) haha.

As someone who closely works with designers, the major focus is always UX/Web Perf/Web A11y. A11y depends on the target audience. If we are not targeting A11y users, we go for animation heavy. Otherwise, it's quite plain.
