I used to buy my membership with my phone bill. Same thing with league of legends. It was kinda like a credit card till you got your phone bill 😂

Rsn - Nirvashgamma , I finally just got my attack skills all lvl 40. Slowly working on the side ones. I plan on finishing all f2p quests before starting my journey into membership! Ty for the video as it’s helping me mentally prep. 😊

The not accepting too much help thing is a really big one for me. A random player gave me 15mil and a bond and it made me lose all interest in building my own wealth and grinding for the stuff I needed. I didn't know better at the time and it was really nice of him, but it was a bit too much help. I'm restarting now 😅

No fr, 5 mil is like the limit on what I will accept since it's just enough to get cool stuff but too little to speed through absolutely everything

I never take money or items for free in online games. Sometimes I choose not to use op items in offline games either so I can get the full experience. I personally would have taken the bond and money, but only to buy a second bond and just give away or drop the rest.

I’d also add in that getting used to dying is part of the game. Because grinding to get items takes time and you no longer run the risk of losing everything so easily.

I do want to say that pest control is underrated even for the lower levels. I've seen plenty of boats that are still viable because some higher levels are there to help their alts. World 344 newcomers! All you need is 40+ combat level for that beginner boat!

I’ve been on and off working on an iron man in F2P. I basically spent most my time killing goblins and talking with the members of 301 across the bridge. I plan on getting all F2P quests done and at the very least get enough magic for high alchemy

RSN: VengTiler The thing that I think I did right in becoming a member from f2p (I did the bond grind here in Jan or Feb of this year) was to have a really specific plan to get to fossil Island to start doing birdhouse runs for cash so. What I wish I knew was that some of the grinds I did on f2p, like getting the skull scepter from stronghold, would have been a lot more profitable with the extra drops you get on members.

That it is not worth it earning the first bond in f2p, just use some time to earn the money in real life and buy membership. RSN Rejkjaers

one thing I wish someone would have told me is keep about 20m or so of gold just in case for supplies and the like before going into members and about 10-15m before your members runs out just so you can have some capital if want to bounce right back in. RSN Foaly_117

Honnestly, I wish I would have just become a member sooner. With all the extra skills, content and different gear, membership is just completely worth it to make the game enjoyable. RSN Spam_433
