There is also a good thing about private sector If you are preparing for gov job you probably can't work simultaneously as the competition is really tough. The silly thing is a person who preparing for CGL can't able to crack a D GROUP exam. After 3-4 years they got demotivated because of being unemployed. On other side in private sector we can start earning as soon as completing graduation Ofcourse the initial salary is very less but still they are earning salary and experience. If you give 2-3 years to private sector the experience contributes to salary growth but in gov sector the preparation is useless until unless you got selected. If you are from general category you may not secure a job at the level you prepared for, due to reservations.

My opinion is that if you have technical qualifications and skills private sector is the best. For example a good doctor in India earns one crore per month. A good engineer gets ten lakhs per month etc such a good salary can't be expected in any govt service. If you are a non tech person then govt job is better because non tech salary in private is very low except a few cases. The govt service is more secure.... Thats true.... But the headache, prussure from politicians and higher authorities much higher. If a person with tech qualifications and good skills go abroad its the best for future

One of my friend is right now working in Persistent ( 1.5 years ) since he graduated in 2022. He says that there is no such hectic work pressure. He just need to spend 9 hours a day. Sometime he said to me that it feels like नौकरी वाला बेरोजगार 😂. Koi ek project mil gya aaram se finish karo sometime deadline tak finish karo. But he is utilising his time for FAANG & MAANG. Rahi baat government job ki to bas village tak hi hype hai, town me koi value bhi nhi deta except officer rank jobs. There was a time where government employees enjoyed their life without any work pressure but right now trend has been changed. Go and watch the bank employees work life and you will realise the reality. “Money does matter” It depends person to person some might opt for govt. Job ( specially country side people and middle class) and some opt for private job( money 💰 ).

I worked in IT sector and believe me 24 lakhs pakage is only those have tremendous skill in coding ir passed out from tier 1 or 2 college company like infosys and TCS senior manager salary is around 18 to 24 lakhs after having 15 plus year of workex and if you opt MBA thn apart from tier 1 and 2 college starting pakage is around 7 to 12 lpa after paying lakhs of fees so it's a choice if you are from good colleges or having a good skill set can go for private ones and person who love stability and low hectic and unpressured kind of job go for government ❤.

The salary in private IT job is totally depends on your skill, If you want good salary hike then make a switch in every 2 to 3 years and continuously upskill, do certifications. But if you have a laid back attitude about life and don't want to learn new things, then i suggest don't go for IT jobs, prepare for the Government jobs. People with such laid back attitude didn't get that much salary hike in IT. Remember Love your work/skill, not your company specially in IT field. Don't be loyal towards company, Be selfish and switch at right time. Loyal people don't go that much further. and about the College, if you are from good college then its very easy to get your first job through on-campus, but if you are from 3rd/4th tier college , then its going to be hard to get the first job, and after two-three years of experiance college doesn't matter that much, the only thing matter is your skill. In my case i did my degree from a state university in a very small town in chhattisgarh, then i moved to hyderabad, did training and it took me almost 1.5 years to get the job. My technical skills are good, but had 0 spoken english and self confidance, never spoke in english before comming to hyderabad, thats one of the main reason it took me so long to get the job. Right now i am working at a US based MNC. So if you are from an unknown university like me then you have to face a lot of struggle to crack first job. TC! Bye!

What I feel both govt and private both are likely same it’s totally depends on your mindset…If you want high salary , want to learn and work on new technology then software and IT is your cup of tea but if you are happy with a good salary not that much high , want no tension for job security they go for govt job but main thing is there is high competition in govt jobs and it is increasing day by day… so for a safe side do a side course like Java Python or any software course so if you didn’t got any govt jobs you can move to private and survive… I wasted my 5-6 yrs behind govt jobs and not even did a side course and nor got an govt job…now I am very confused with my career so guys plz don’t do same mistake

I am a Tier 1 core branch grad & post grad, although I have skills needed in IT but not able to get a decent offer, if you get an on-campus offer then it's great but offcampus is really hard, I got one consulting job with avg sal. but for it working 10-12 hrs a day with politics and pressure don't feel worth it plus with slow growth, if you get a decent IT job grow in it. The power of an IAS office in India is unimaginable when you compared it with IT sector where people works like puppets for big companies. Do not go for a Govt. job unless its grade A and you have what it takes to get one. Private jobs are way better if you want to be financially strong and independent. Pvt jobs can pay you upto 2 or 3 or 5 times....hell even 10 times as well than a Govt job. Ye sbse bada chutiyapa hai. Govt job wale maa baap k bete hi aksar it sector me jate h ya doctors bante hai kyoki govt job parents ki ek strong backup deta hai jo apne bachho ki costly education de skte hai. Aur jo gareeb bachhe h unka main goal hi govt job lena hota hai.

If u are poor go for government job. If u can afford course fee of technical/ non technical courses, go for pvt. If u are passionate for ur country go for armed forces

@@rollin2874 you are saying this because you can't qualify any exam for govt jobs. If you say 90k is less then you must know the govt facilities which a govt employee got. If you met an accident and lost your life your family become helpless but in govt jobs person dependent on you will get the job and he or she will get pension too.means double salary. Govt covers all its employees and their family members health insurance under best pvt hospitals covered under CGHS. In it sector you have to work very hard to earn but most of your income goes to maintain your pseudo life style and due to excessive mental pressure most of the employees got depressed and taking way of smoking drinking and almost lose their social life. But govt employee has much more social respect. Pvt job is very much hectic and every time you have to work like machine to be upadated with latest technologies market etc. In govt job, only tension and frustration is to qualify the exam and once you got the job forget about evrything and just enjoy your life without much tension. So if you calculate all your expenses tension, work pressure and savings you will find you 1.3 L will be equivalent to 50k of a govt employee.

@@gouridas1691 yes I'm serious government job doesn't require you to do any advanced or professional degree like BTech, Mtech, MBA, MCA or PhD. Simple BA or BSc graduate can give govt job exam and can do the job.
