There are confusing policies and ladders made for almost all sectors (especially PVT). Even in India. If we work in a hospital as a doctor and if we want to join a medical college as an assistant professor then hospital experience as a doctor does not matter. 😊😊 Thank you so for sharing your concerns and experiences!❤

I have seen a few videos from you, I have had great suggestions and advices from your videos. You came to industry from post doc, do you ever miss your academic career? Do you sometimes feel you shouldn’t have moved from Academia?

But sir india me industries Phd fresher ko recruite nahi krte actually they prefer msc candidate. So how you suggest what other options i can approach. I tried for postdoc also in foreign but still not getting any postdoc position
