Traci, what if my VISA is granted on my current intake CoE but I deferred my intake. Would there be any issue, if I just upload the Feb intake CoE and travel 90days prior to my Feb intake.

@@imhappie no, if your course completes before the visa expiry, it's not needed. And say even if you have to extend it, the outcome will always be positive since you'll be an onshore applicant. If you want to apply for an extension right now, you are able to use the same funds you had used for your first visa.

Hi i seen you on tiktok but I follow you here i just want to ask you question as my lawyer told me to wait but I hope you can read my msg and reply me So i am in Australia now but i overstay for year then I applied humanitarian visa and i got everything but with no travel condition then i fall in love with aussie girl and we both live together for 4 years and then we applied for partner visa subclass 820/801 but i still have no travel conditions and its been 23months to applied that application no response from immigration and main thing is my dad isn’t feeling good I want to see him but couldn’t travel due to no travel condition i am just asking you what possibly i can do ?
