The silent has become my all-time favorite Megabass jerkbait, 7 foot medium action spinning rod with straight 8 pound test fluorocarbon, here in the Northeast where I live I have absolutely smashed them on this bait when a loud jerk bait won’t even get a sniff, cool video thanks for Sharing

@@jakemeetsfish I just got the 6th sense 97 silent which does come in a deep diver , highly recommend ,such a incredible bait , I’ve just found w so much fishing pressure where I live having a quiet bait makes all the difference, good luck 👍

Kanata - from what I've heard, is very good for pike fishing. haven't had any luck though

Cant speak for pike specifically, but down here in central florida we have chain pickerel that LOVE these jerkbaits haha. Same family of fish so I would assume similar behavior with their northern cousins!

I have some Vision 110+3R. I haven't thrown them yet. Have you tried any of the "R" series? Great video.

@@jakemeetsfish what size is the hook you replace them with? Are these good enough to sustain 3-4KG fish? 😂 I went on vacation and this lure did well on barracuda but it just the hooks😞

For the standard visions, size 6. For jr size visions, size 8. For the ito shiner, size 4.
