All the laptops you have recommended have Processors ending with 'H' meaning they cannot be overclocked, but you have also mentioned their base and Max clock speed. This is contradicting to what you are telling here 3:05

Apart from Intel processors, all AMD recommendations can be overclocked. Intel for some reason, is simply falling behind in this race and when I tested Intel processors, the recommended ones performed better so they are there in the list. Overclokign, though recommended, can't be the only criteria for selecting the laptop if other factors don't work well, like CPU architecture.
