Watch this before you buy VSX headphones

The problem with what you make with speakers not sounding right on a normal standard stereo system is mainly a EQ problem that is often easily fixed. I have made music on cheap speakers and it sounded terrible on proper speakers and headphones however it was Just a EQ problem because the speakers I used didn't have good dynamic range I had way to much low end. Took Me 5 minutes to fix only using the EQ on the master bus, no editing anywhere else was required, even the mix was fine.

I was the same, I kept going back to my ATHM50’s. But then slowly you start to appreciate what VSX can do. What other headphones are you using? Cheers for watching
