Hi, I just came across your video about shih tzu. I am considering getting a shih tzu myself. So you mentioned that shih tzu get very attached to one person in the family and that you had gotten him just before the pandemic started. So my question is, if both members of the family are working and they have to go to office, how does the shih tzu react and how to make sure that they don't get too depressed.

They always need someone near.From my experience maximum he/she can stay alone for 3-4hrs. My shihtzu wont drnk or eat anythng if we left him alone. Even for tht 3-4hrs he will be vry restless. We once kept a camera on to check his activities. Thts how we came to knw ths. Leaving them alone is like giving them a mental torture.They bcm extremely sad n depressed if ths happens on a daily basis.
