I think that Freddy has escaped into a different realm. He is so traumatized that he is in zombie state of mind. Pulling on his fur must hurt like crazy. Why not just shave it all off? When the water was turned on, Freddy came back to earth though. This dear gentleman put so much love behind the washing of the dog that when he was drying the dog, the dog started to smile. All I can say with confident is' You guys rock. Thank you so so much.

For Freddie’s first bath, he did well. Getting that under coat cleaned up must’ve been a chore for the guy, I think Freddie actually enjoyed being groomed, it must’ve felt so good to him. Never interacting with human in this manner, overcoming his fears. Freddie ❤you, you will learn to trust, not all humans are A-holes. Thanks Victor for being there for Freddie.

You could see him start to feel less afraid during his bath and even take notice of his surroundings-sniff something ahead of him so being slightly less anxious. He probably started to feel better and enjoy the warm water. It will take time but I'm sure he will soon be more trusting of humans and less shut down. I'm so glad he gets the chance to be a dog again and eventually enjoy life the way he thoroughly deserves to

It's a frightening feeling to be alone and terrified. Poor dog, I really feel for him, suffering all that trauma. So happy to see that someone cared enough to help him. It's unfortunate that it took so long. Having to fend for himself, who knows what he was reduced to eating. Thumbs UP to these people .He deserves a better life, and I certainly hopes someone will give him a better life.

Wow!! Freddie was amazing! He looks like he loved his bath even though he was afraid. I wish my dogs had his temperament! I have two that absolutely lose it when they see scissors, much less clippers! Freddie handled it like a champ!! You can just look at his eyes and see how loving ❤ he will be after he realizes that nobody is going to hurt him! He is so so beautiful 😍 Good luck, Freddie!!

Poor guy at the beginning he looked like a traumatized child that escaped in his mind to another place. With the life he had it 💔to think what would that place have been. Poor Freddie! He is so terrified that he barely looks at what is being done to him and never even tries to bite. He is a beautiful dog both physically and in temperament. Once he is used to people, he will be a wonderful pet. God bless Freddie and all that you do for these animals. That groomer is wonderful❣️ He certainly knows his stuff and is so kind and caring. I always feel happy after the dogs have been groomed, and to see Freddie a lot happier and relaxed is heartwarming. He did great with his first bath. It's the start of a long rehabilitation process of both the body and Freddie's mind with being so scared of any interaction.

Freddy, finally got ''Lucky''...
