I don’t fully agree with you because you said that people will have to give up resting and sleep, sleeping and resting Is actually part of studying. Sleeping helps with focus and memory. People that don’t sleep enough will have a hard time concentrating and will feel lazy to study. When people sleep enough hours, they have a clearer mind, are more focused, and can memorize better. Also, lack of sleep causes stress. Sleeping isn’t a waste of time. It helps. 8 hours will get the job done.
