We just shipped the singlehood certificate which is just a paper document and it cost almost 50k naira. Please call DHL or check their website for the prices for different weights.

I think you have to be present because you need to sign documents. It's the same process for everyone else. Maybe different for the indigenous citizens.

It's just an Affidavit showing your marital status so it's not a difficult document to get in your country. Just go to the clerk in your local County or a local government in your home country .

Your Education level has nothing to do with your will to marry. All they want to know is that you're legally covered to stay on the island hence your Residence permit.
