I stopped drawing for some years, every attempt was like torture for me. A blank canvas and internal pain. My mind was overloaded, constantly looking for dopamine in films, Facebook, Twitter. In the end, I ended up looking for a suitable film for several hours, which I watched simultaneously with another film or browsing shorts. I had to change my approach to media to get away from it, I even set my phone to shades of gray. After a few years, I finally started drawing small things. I still have to be careful about external stimulation in media. I started reading books and using a traditional sketchbook. We have to remember that for the mind, being bored in silence is a rest.
