its clearly fault of navy...poor training standards are clearly evident they way they crashed into ferry when they clearly had lot of free space to control their speed boat. I can say that there was no issue with speed boat but there was fault of the driver of speed boat. Clearly the man driving speed boat is inexperienced and irresponsible, he must be charged with murder and also his manager

I think the authorities should also focus on why everyone on the boat was not wearing life jackets! I mean today it is this collision, tomorrow it can be anything. What caused the boat to sink is the collision, but what made the people drown is not wearing the life jackets.

Does not look like any engine issue. At 0:36, as the speedboat is turning towards the ferry in a tight circle, it is easy to see the confusion with the driver on whether to continue the turn and pass the ferry behind it or take a turn to his right and pass the ferry in front of it. Possible he was not used to that engine and its speed. Very bad judgement
