I tried your vanilla eggless sponge cake and it comes out wao. I get the same texture as your is . Thnku so much for the recipe. One thing i want to ask how can i increase the quantity of sugar. In milk i add more sugar powder

mam can you differentiate between air fryer and OTG. and what should I prefer are both necessary or anyone is sufficient. since ramzan is approaching I was planning to purchase air fryer to avoid deep frying for healthy reasons. Eagerly waiting for your reply.

So I personally feel both work slightly differently but if you had to invest in 1 , I would say go for the OTG. I prefer it more
