As someone who was well known for being very positive, grateful, bright, optimistic - then fell into great depression and anxiety, hearing you hit the nail right away on the topic of "guilt" made me realize you do actually know what you're talking about and there was never a waste of time that i spent on your channel. This is what most people will blame us for, not being grateful. My psychiatrist, obviously, validated me and made me realized how often this could happen to those who are seen thriving and successful, but you made it much more sense in a way that it truly tickles my brain and made it possible for myself to be rational after a long day of hollowness and despair. Thank you for everything that you put out here. Love and light, Masha.

Hello there Masha. Thank you for making this video. I’ve been going through a very tough time recently and I just can’t seem to be happy. Any sense of excitement or happiness is just a facade or doesn’t last long. This video didn’t fix those feelings. But it helped and inspired me, even a little bit. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for everyone watching this video

I absolutely loved Your pug dance on Twitch! I was feeling sad today because today marks the one year anniversary of the day I lost my pug due to old age. When I saw the little pug dance it made me so happy because it reminded me of my pug. Thank you for this session, it came in at the perfect time!

I’m not gonna lie, when I saw the strip of hair falling on your eye lash, I wanted to pull it back for you 😭 “Being grateful means accepting what is and seeing the positive in that.” Damn Masha.. hitting us with a quote I’m going to add to my journal ~ this conversation reminds me of another beautiful quote: “What you resist, persists. What you face, will soon erase.” A lot of times we grew up understanding that suppressing hard emotions is the way, when it’s actually far from the way. Allowing yourself to process the emotions, will allow them pass, feeling is beautiful, even if painful. It’s teaching or helping us grow. In the midst of challenge lies opportunity. It’s okay to feel how you feel, and you who’s reading this are okay. It’s not going to kill you, you have the power! Don’t forget that. Thank you, Mashy for this reminder 🤍 your words are always ever so heavenly ~ Edit: as Masha mentions about judging your emotions, even judgement is suppressing them. And as Masha says, non judgment is accepting 🤍 Masha’s wisdom always blows me away.. damn.. I love it.

Thank you once again Masha for sharing such a thoughtful & intimate video. Even though I again felt uncomfortable with the concept of this video, I suppose I felt some things are just unchangeable. But every week, every day things slowly change, old barriers fall down and I find myself able to think and see the world in a way I wasn't able to before. It's a horrible feeling to think no matter for how long I've been trying to change certain things about myself, they barely improve, but when you let go of the outcome and stop trying the most progress happens.

The only worse feeling than depression is the feeling of emptiness. Because then you feel like there’s nothing to live for anymore. At least with depression, you know why you are feeling like that. Emptiness is just a random feeling that is harder to get rid of.

If I’m not talking about it, it can get heavy. The purpose of life is not happiness, it’s about finding meaning. Gratitude helps me know my place in this world.
